All units have washer and dryer. All units are clean and up-to-date.
All weekly rentals require $300.00 Security Deposit. 30 day cancellation notice.
Rentals of 1 month or more require $500.00 Security Deposit with First
Month's rent + 11.5% tax and cleanup paid 30 days in advance. 60 day
cancellation notice.
All deposits will be returned when apartments and phone bills have been
checked, with appropriate deductions taken. Excessive abuse and
excessive laundry will not be accepted and will be deducted from
deposits. Also, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted on all
deposits.
